Students from Gary, Indiana believe that they are just as responsible as adults when it comes to being good citizens.  This year for Project Citizen, sophomores from West Side Leadership Academy researched school bullying and gang violence in their community.  The students were the first high school students from Gary, Indiana to participate in Project Citizen.
